1. Pay securely
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment is handled by Link (Stripe), which also sends you the invoice.

Your licence key and download link arrive by e-mail within a minute. A trial key switches to the paid plan.

Questions about plans and payments
How does the subscription renew?
Automatically at the end of each month or year with the same payment method. Before an annual renewal you get a reminder e-mail. The licence extends itself – you don't need to do anything.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in a few clicks, via the subscription management link in your purchase e-mail (Link by Stripe). Axion keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. An upgrade (e.g. Start → Plus) applies immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Just write to info@lmd-technologies.cz – your key stays the same.
Can I get a refund?
If Axion doesn't suit you, write to us within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full. Later payments for a period that has already started are not refunded – you can always cancel the next renewal.
Who issues the invoice and how is VAT handled?
The payment is processed by Link (Stripe) as the reseller. They calculate the VAT or sales tax of your country (already included in the price) and send you the invoice and receipt. Need an invoice issued to your company? Contact us.
On how many computers can I use Axion?
A licence is for one user on up to two computers, e.g. at work and on a laptop. Axion checks the licence online about once a day and keeps working offline for up to 10 days.
What does the AI cost?
In Plus and Pro you use your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Mistral and pay the provider directly – typically €2–17 a month depending on use. Start doesn't use AI. Models and costs are compared in the user guide.
What if a payment fails?
We'll try again over the following days and let you know by e-mail. Axion keeps working for another 7 days in the meantime.
