Connected

The whole company, in one place.

Axion brings data from engineering and the rest of the company together in its own interface. It reads from your ERP, production and other systems via API and combines everything into a single answer. It writes only to PDM/PLM, because that is the engineer's primary working environment. From there your approved workflows pass the data on to ERP and production. Technical documentation is connected too: it works closely with engineering and takes data straight from CAD.

Writes where the engineer works

PDM/PLM is the engineer's primary working environment, so this is the only place Axion writes: it creates items, fills data cards, checks files out and in and triggers workflow transitions. Follow-up operations in PDM/PLM then pass the data on to ERP and production, the way you have them set up.

ERP

Prices and stock on every part

Reads price, supplier, stock and routing via API (e.g. SAP, Helios) and shows them right next to parts, BOMs and cost estimates. It writes nothing to ERP.

Production

Production, live

Helps connect data and information from MES systems. The engineer has live production planning in one place: capacities, processes and order status, before releasing the part.

Other departments

The whole company in one answer

Purchasing, quality, sales: Axion joins their data with engineering. Ask once and get price, lead time, stock and complaint history for a part, all together.

We connect information systems via API: standard systems such as SAP or Helios, and others that provide an API. They are connected read-only. Writing stays in PDM/PLM, the environment where engineers work and where revisions and approvals are under your control. Which systems and which data we connect, we define together at the kick-off meeting.

FAQ

Questions engineers ask us

Which information systems can Axion connect to?

Standard systems such as SAP or Helios, MES systems and others that provide an API. Axion reads data from them; items are created and edited only in PDM/PLM.

Does my data leave the company?

Local features run entirely in the add-in. Only chat questions go to the AI provider you choose, with just the context the question needs. A local AI model without internet access is also an option.

Are there fixed packages?

For individual engineers there are the Start, Plus and Pro plans with a monthly or yearly subscription. For companies there is no locked core: at the kick-off meeting you choose what Axion should do and we build it to match. Functions can be added, changed or removed later.

How do we start?

Individual engineers choose the Plus or Pro plan on the pricing page – or first try Axion free for 7 days on their own parts. For a version tailored to your company, book a meeting – we'll show Axion on your drawings and set it up for your standards.

Tailored version

Axion tailored to your company

Book a meeting. We'll show Axion on your own parts and drawings and agree which functions, standards and systems it should cover. Then we build it for you.
